Monthly RV Rates
The monthly rate at Alabama Wildwood RV Park is designed for guests looking for a stable, longer-term place to stay while remaining flexible.
1 Month – $475
This rate includes water, sewer, a private mailbox, and weekly trash service. Electricity is billed monthly based on usage at approximately 12.6207 cents per watt.
Stays under 90 days are subject to a 10% lodging tax.
Stays over 90 days are exempt from
lodging tax.
Nightly RV Rates
Nightly stays are available for guests traveling through the area or staying for a short visit.
Nightly – $45.00
Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Electric usage and applicable taxes are billed separately.
Weekly RV Rates
Weekly stays provide a convenient option for guests staying longer than a few nights but not committing to a monthly stay.
Weekly – $225.00 (7 nights)
Electric usage and applicable taxes are billed separately.
Deposits And Payment Information
A $250 security deposit is required for all long-term guests. Deposits are returned within 24 hours of checkout, provided there are no outstanding rent balances, electric charges, property damage, or cleanup required.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle, with monthly billing options available with proper identification.
Rates are subject to change without notice. A $25 late fee applies after midnight on the 5th of each month, with an additional $25 late fee applied after the 15th. Continued nonpayment may result in eviction.
Cancellation And Refund Policies
The following policies apply to all reservations at Alabama Wildwood RV Park.
No Show Policy
No refunds are available for no-show reservations.
Early Checkout Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are issued after check-in.
Daily Or Weekly Stays
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least one week prior to arrival receive a 50% refund, unless the stay falls on a holiday.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
Monthly Stays
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least one week prior to arrival receive a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
Refunded amounts are credited toward a future stay within the same calendar year.
Long-Term Stays (3 Months Or More)
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled check-in are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival receive a 50% refund, transferable to a future stay within the same calendar year.
